Glidepath is an LLC based out of Mesquite, Nevada intent on building software services and products to help security businesses and individuals. It is a 2025 startup that is very early in the business development process. Additional products will be offered soon as online and mobile software solutions.

The company's founder and owner Guy J. Acosta can be found on LinkedIn and GitHub. Guy has been a software developer, application security engineer, principal application security engineer, technical project manager, systems analyst and security architect in corporate America during his professional career for over 3 decades. Guy worked on the ACE Security team, the Microsoft Open-Source Security team and was a security consultant at Microsoft for government agencies, telecommunications companies, industrial companies, financial companies and more.

 

He holds a bachelor's in computer science, was an adjunct university instructor in various programming languages and has a current Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) certification with ISACA, and certificate in Cryptography. After moving to the security domain over 10 years ago, Guy has continued to develop security-oriented applications for Secure SDLC support while leading security teams in threat modeling, security code reviews, infosec standards and procedures, COTS/SaaS security evaluations, PEN testing and was a speaker at SecTor Canada in 2019.
